Ordering Process:

– By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions and this Order and Returns Policy.

Order Confirmation:

– When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
– Please check the confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies in your order.
– Order Processing:
– Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, if placed before 1pm; for orders placed after 1pm, they will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated in the product description or during the checkout process.


Shipping Methods:

– Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Address:

Returns and Refunds:

Allowed Returns:

– Our policy is 15 days for returns. If 11 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Charges:

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


– Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.
